We’re looking for a motivated and tech-oriented individual to join our IT support team.This is a great opportunity to start your career in IT — no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, network)
  • Install and configure computers, printers, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts and permissions (Windows environment)
  • Document and track support tickets
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Windows administration (installation, drivers, network settings)
  • Understanding of IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic diagnostic tools (ping, tracert)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices
