Manage cleaning operations for commercial and industrial facilities. Ensure quality standards and coordinate teams across multiple locations throughout the Czech Republic.

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple commercial facilities
• Manage and train a team of 30+ cleaning staff members
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
• Coordinate schedules, supplies, and logistics for all assigned locations
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients to address feedback and ensure satisfaction

• 3+ years of facility management or cleaning operations experience
• Team leadership experience with ability to manage large teams
• Quality control expertise and attention to detail
• Relevant safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; Czech language is a plus
