Support project management activities for construction and infrastructure projects. Coordinate between teams and ensure smooth project execution across Eastern European sites.

• Assist project managers in planning and scheduling construction activities
• Coordinate communication between on-site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines using project management tools
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Support procurement and logistics for materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards

• 1+ years of project coordination or administrative experience in construction
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
